SIMSHOST CHRONICLE
Is your account up to date? Have you moved? Changed your email address? Make sure your SimsHost account information is up to date! That's important because this is how we make sure you're you if you have any problems with your account. To check and update your account information, click on the link to Maintain Your Account. Download Managers One word: Don't. Several subscribers have reported problems with third-party download managers. These are programs that save up your downloads and try to download them all at once later in the day. If you have one of these, please turn it off when visiting the SimsHost sites. We haven't found any of them that are worth a flip, and all of them will cause problems with your downloading. The download managers that come with Internet Explorer and Netscape work great. Use 'em. Problems Logging In? It's not us! Really! Before you write to us about login problems, please make sure it's really a problem. Almost all problems logging in to the SimsHost sites come from two common sources:
