Seasonal Sims has been open since June 1st 2002 being one of SimsHost's founder sites. You will find a large collection of skins for all your Sims needs, from different creator like Kitty, Crimson Mistress, Terrarianna, Manon, the webmaster and Jen specializing in heads. This site offers a nice selection of wonderful walls by Rowena DeVandal and Alex. Rowena DeVandal and Sector offer a nice collection of recolored objects in many categories. If your Sim is looking for a new home to move in, you will find many homes for all lots by Eden and Debbie. The site is currently hiring staff members to join the team.

Manon says, "I get my ideas mainly from shows I watch on television, and from my surroundings. My favorite item to make being skins, well that inspiration comes from outfits I own, people I see, etc."

Lower Costs for Renewing Subscriptions

SimsHost's subscription system has a new feature -- if your account expires but there is still money left in your download account, it will automatically renew your account for one month, using funds from your download account. Better still, the automatic renewal rate is only $2.00 a month so you'll be renewed at the annual rate even if your original subscription was for a shorter term.

If there is less than $2.00 in your download account, the system uses half what's there and pro-rates the renewal at the same rate of $2.00 a month.

If you have a current account and want to set up your account for automatic renewal from your download account, just log in to Maintain Your Account and accept the new subscriber agreement.

Automatic renewal happens only with money you have already put into your download account. SimsHost does not do recurring charges to credit cards or PayPal accounts, so you always have complete control over how much you want to spend on The Sims.

The new subcription system went on line on October 27, 2003, but you have to accept the changes to the subscriber agreement before it will work with your account. If you are creating a new account or renewing your existing account, you will automatically see the screen where you accept the subscriber agreement.

While you are your account maintenance area, make sure that your SimsHost account information has your current email address. That's really important if you should ever need to contact us about your account. Just click on the link to Maintain Your Account to access your personal account on our secure server. (We will never share your email address or any other personal information with anybody for any reason.)

The Answer to High-Priced Subscription Sites

With your one SimsHost subscription, you support the hosting costs for all the sites we host and enjoy new additions that continue to surpass all the stand-alone subscription sites combined with your one low-cost subscription to SimsHost! That's why we created SimsHost in June 2002 when we ran out resources to host sites for free on the Moon Sims server, and it's working great!

One year ago we opened with two dozen founding sites. On that day, SimsHost instantaneously became by far the largest Sims site in the world offering the best value in subscription sites.

Today we host more than fifty fantastic sites for The Sims, the sites are bigger, and the service just keeps getting better! Troll Sims Site uploaded the original houses/lots for the Magic area that came with Makin' Magic.

Carrot of Carrot Stuff says, " I've added Blank Sound Files to the site for download. Why, you ask? There have been times when I've wished the "sometimes annoying game sounds" weren't in the game . . . the sounds when a Sim obtains a skill point, gets a promotion, kisses passionately, etc. So, I went ahead and made blank sound files for the default game sounds . . . all of them except ghost arrival, the robber and when a Sim or pet dies. I find the game much more enjoyable not having to worry about a "game sound" blaring suddenly . . . it's particularly handy when playing the game at night when everyone else is sleeping."
