Lower Costs for Renewing Subscriptions

SimsHost's subscription system has a new feature -- if your account expires but there is still money left in your download account, it will automatically renew your account for one month, using funds from your download account. Better still, the automatic renewal rate is only $2.00 a month so you'll be renewed at the annual rate even if your original subscription was for a shorter term.

If there is less than $2.00 in your download account, the system uses half what's there and pro-rates the renewal at the same rate of $2.00 a month.

If you have a current account and want to set up your account for automatic renewal from your download account, just log in to Maintain Your Account and accept the new subscriber agreement.

Automatic renewal happens only with money you have already put into your download account. SimsHost does not do recurring charges to credit cards or PayPal accounts, so you always have complete control over how much you want to spend on The Sims.

The new subscription system went on line on October 27, 2003, but you have to accept the changes to the subscriber agreement before it will work with your account. If you are creating a new account or renewing your existing account, you will automatically see the screen where you accept the subscriber agreement.

While you are your account maintenance area, make sure that your SimsHost account information has your current email address. That's really important if you should ever need to contact us about your account. Just click on the link to Maintain Your Account to access your personal account on our secure server. (We will never share your email address or any other personal information with anybody for any reason.)

The Answer to High-Priced Subscription Sites

With your one SimsHost subscription, you support the hosting costs for all the sites we host and enjoy new additions that continue to surpass all the stand-alone subscription sites combined with your one low-cost subscription to SimsHost! That's why we created SimsHost in June 2002 when we ran out resources to host sites for free on the Moon Sims server, and it's working great!
