Spotlight on Yesterday's Treasures

This week we're shining the spotlight on another of Yesterday's Treasures, The Sim's Ladies! This is another of the SimsHost founding sites, opening on June 1, 2002. You will find many lovely creations by Sandra, Pj, and Dazzl. Your sims will love shopping for decorations and accent pieces among The Sim's Ladies huge selection of paintings, beautiful indoor and outdoor plants and other works of art. You will find a really nice collection of carefully recolored furniture for every room of the house including building materials in just about every category and beautifully created homes.

Yer friends and neighbors will be so impressed with the little feller ya get DOUBLE the social and relationship points when ya give him away. New at that "enchant" spell thingy? It's not a problem with a Lone Star down home gnome (he knows what to do even if you don't!). You can entertain him with yer new Grape Stompin' Tub! It's a lot of fun to use and makes a quicker better batch of wine. The Answer to High-Priced Subscription Sites

With your one SimsHost subscription, you support the hosting costs for all the sites we host and enjoy new additions that continue to surpass all the stand-alone subscription sites combined with your one low-cost subscription to SimsHost! That's why we created SimsHost in June 2002 when we ran out resources to host sites for free on the Moon Sims server, and it's working great!

One year ago we opened with two dozen founding sites. On that day, SimsHost instantaneously became by far the largest Sims site in the world offering the best value in subscription sites.

Still the Biggest, Still the Best

As we approach our second anniversary we thought you would like to know that the sites hosted by SimsHost taken collectively are still by far the largest site for The Sims in the world. Well, in all ways but one: We still have the lowest subscription cost of any site.

Continuing subscribers are paying only $2.00 a month (plus about a tenth of a penny per download on the average). That's about a third the cost of a typical stand-alone subscription site, for access to a hundred times as many downloads. We are pleased and proud to be able to do this while allowing each site to retain its own individual personality, even as SimsHost continues to grow.
