Today I updated with a community lot, Java House! It's a great place to take your sims to hang out on a hot summer day.

There is a pool room, chess patio, outdoor patio, and an entertainment stage. There are 17 new items exclusive to the Java House. You can find the Java House, under Themes, Summer.

As its name implies, this is a completely empty 2x2 lot--no house, no sims, no hacks, no nuttin'. You can build really nice houses on this smallest of lots and it saves a tremendous amount of street frontage in your neighborhood.

A new set the 4th of July objects were uploaded today at Yuppie Sims. This set features balloons, a buffet table all decked out for the holiday and some fun floating beach balls, inner tubes and toy boats for your lakes and ponds. Floating toys can also be used in pools using the "moveobjects on" cheat.

The colors are melon, celery, and raspberry and this living room has a window, blinds, a picture, a sconce, a sofa and loveseat set, a potted plant, a coffee table and a vase of flowers.

Sun tans for the whole family! Well, at least for teens, young adults, and adults. This version of the tan lines skin tone will show up on both sexes for all body shapes, for ages teen through adult. The faces are tan as well as the bodies.
