Sexpot Sims updates this week with a new bedroom set, the "Modern World" bedroom set.

Clothing/Womens

Today's update is a new modern design kitchen in five different colors. This set contains the counters, a one tile dining table, a two tile dining table, chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor, and wallpaper. You can get to this set by clicking the Sims2 button on the main page, then clicking the Sets button.

Some recolors of the new bedroom meshes: 1 white, 1 blondewood (shown) and steel.

Also 8 bedding sets to be used with the new meshes and are compatable with most Sims 2 beds. ncludes 7 plaid bedding sets and 1 that I call Odd Polka Dots (shown).

Artistic Habitats announces The Golden Girls!

114 different poses, but that's not all. Each girl has two styles. You can put the go-anywhere girls virtually any place so they can spruce up that dreary fountain or even be there to take a bath with your sims (or hide them under the bed).

The second style is a standard statue; visiting neighbors won't walk right through them. So that makes a total of 228 girls.

There are also 2 column girls to really put that special touch to your balcony. There are 8 colors for each style of column, for a whopping 244 different lovelies!

This is a true Farmer's Market. Everything you need to make it look it's best. Hunger calls to your sims as they browse the crates of fresh produce and home-made bread. If you don't believe me, then take a look for yourself!

These counter-shelf units have a virtually unlimited number of configurations. You will never see the same setup twice. Each one comes with a cover to protect your sims from the hot sun and to keep the food fresh.

Check out this great barrel chair and table set for the hungry sim or just a break from the shopping.

The patio covering for the farmers market includes a configuration for the perfect awning to cover your windows. Complete with a shelf to put flowers or other decorations to spruce up the house or shopping area.

Then there is the table set for those who need to live on the cheap side. Made of wooden crates in several styles with empty produce crates for chairs. A burlap bag full of duck feathers to give your tush a cush.

The chairs have 20 different authentic crate labels and 10 different colors for the burlap so living on the cheap doesn't mean you have to sacrifice style.

Then there are tons of things to decorate the shop (or home).

You might expect to find Sita's Dress on Sita's Just Simming site, but nope; this one is a special request for Sita, from the deviant mind of The Pearl!

She wanted a slinky full-length dress in black lace with a half slip, and here it is!

Please note that your adult female sim's anatomy, if she has it, will show through the lace of the bodice. The half slip provides some degree of modesty south of the border, though it will keep them guessing by blending evenly with the light skin tone.
